She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personal Management. In 2013 she served as a Relationship Manager with FBNQuest where she worked as a backend officer for the marketers. She later worked in the Customer Care Unit of the same organisation as a Customer Relation Personnel. Her customer-centric approach and astute problem-solving skills stood her out in the unit as a one-stop place for most customers’ concerns.

In 2017, she resigned her appointment to pursue her passion to work as an Associate Consultant at Renner and Renner Consulting Services where she served with the company and left later in the same year to work as HR Business Partner for Africa Agriculture Agenda, before her new role. She is a believer in the personal development of the intellect and the spirit. Awarded a scholarship by UNICAF, she is currently pursuing an MBA with the University of East London. She is a teacher and impacts knowledge easily.

During her National Youth Corp Service year, she lectured in the Faculty of Humanities at the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State, Nigeria where she got the applause of senior lecturers of the faculty. Passionate about organisational psychology, marketing, and accounting, her motto about life is “It can only get better”.
